My approach

The person comes before the method.

My work is shaped by meditation, body awareness, energetic harmonization and guided inner exploration. I do not apply the same technique to every person. I listen to what is present and choose a way of working that fits the person, the moment, my professional scope and clear consent.

How I work

Listening comes first.

A session is not a fixed sequence of techniques. The approach can change as the situation becomes clearer.

You bring the question, situation or experience. I bring a range of tools and the responsibility to choose only what is appropriate within my training and your consent.
  • You are not expected to select a modality.
  • The session begins with listening.
  • Body, emotions, attention and energetic experience may all be relevant.
  • Consent, pacing and clear boundaries matter.
  • Insight is connected back to everyday life.

Methods and tools

A range of approaches, used with care.

These are possible elements of the work, not a menu you need to choose from.

01

Meditation

Guided attention and contemplative practice, explained in clear language and adapted to experience.

02

Body awareness

Noticing posture, sensation, breath and movement as information about what is present.

03

Energetic harmonization

A gentle, consent-led practice centred on attention, regulation and the person’s own experience, without medical claims.

04

Guided inner exploration

Questions, imagery and reflection that may help a situation or inner response become easier to observe.

05

Inner-parts exploration

A plain-language way to notice different inner positions or needs without treating them as a diagnosis.

06

Movement-based group practice

Attentive movement and shared practice with clear invitations, choice and respect for personal limits.
