Bookings

Only appointments confirmed by the external booking system are reserved. Availability shown elsewhere or discussed informally is not a booking.

• The selected provider may send confirmations and reminders.
• Prices and payment requirements shown in the booking flow apply to that service.
• Do not attend an in-person location until the appointment and address have been confirmed.

Cancellation and changes

The final cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, payment and refund terms must be approved and displayed before a visitor confirms a paid booking.

Participation

Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for deciding whether a session, program or event is appropriate for you and for communicating relevant boundaries.

• You may pause or stop a practice.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions for online and in-person participation.
• Do not use the service as emergency or crisis support.

Intellectual property

Website copy, visual identity and original program materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Personal notes and practices may be used for your own participation unless stated otherwise.
